You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages. Transactional/service messages related to active purchases may still be sent where legally permitted.
4) AI Receptionist / Voice Agent (Calls, Recordings, Transcripts)
We may use an AI receptionist or voice agent to answer calls, route inquiries, qualify requests, schedule appointments, and send secure checkout links.
Calls may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality assurance, training, customer support, and documentation where legally permitted.
We do not collect payment card details via voice calls. Payments are completed through secure checkout links.
You are responsible for ensuring call recording consent requirements are met in your jurisdiction when applicable.
